You create an account and choose the number of assessments you will need to send. We will email a link and instructions to your people on your behalf (of course you will get a copy of each email since it will look like it is coming from you). After they take their assessment you will get an update via email or you can log in anytime to see who has completed their tasks. After they take the assessment we will send you a KnowMap (this shows the areas they need to master) with the recommended online training. You will then get an email once a week to give you an update on who has completed their training. After they complete the training for the areas they need to master, we will re-test them in those categories with a different set of questions.
