Jeffrey Gitomer

Jeffrey Gitomer, author of The Sales Bible, and Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, Customer Loyalty is Priceless is President of Charlotte-based BuyGitomer. He gives seminars, runs annual sales meetings, and conducts training programs on selling and customer service over 100 times per year. Jeffrey is the founder of TrainOne, which provides web-based weekly sales training to over 270 companies worldwide. His syndicated column Sales Moves appears in over 85 business journals across the country including four in Europe and is read by more than 3,500,000 people every week. His weekly "e-zine", Sales Caffeine, is delivered every Tuesday via email to more than 50,000 subscribers. In 1997, Jeffrey was awarded the designation Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) by the National Speakers Association. The CSP has been given less than 350 times in the past 25 years.


Brian K. Parsley, CPBA

Brian Parsley is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst and a Human Capital Strategist who speaks to companies on sales, customer loyalty, and employee retention. Brian's seminars provide real-world insights into the connection between employee behavior and bottom-line results.

Brian is the President of TrainOne, Inc. (www.trainone.com). He works with businesses to develop best practices, and helps managers create office cultrues that retain employees, keep customers loyal, and increase revenue by serving the needs of customers.

He also served as Chairman of the national online recruitment site, USAhire.com.

Brian was recently named one of Charlotte, North Carolina's top 40 executives under 40 years old.

Rodney Cox

Rodney has over 17 years of sales, management, software development, and Internet development experience. He has authored management workshops and developed an international presence in human capital consulting. Specific knowledge in marketing behavioral assessments and technology lead Rodney to a consulting relationship with Target Training International (TTI) in 1999. Rodney is a co-inventor and still works with TTI to leverage its proven assessments into many applications that focus on human capital management. He has helped hundreds of companies select top performers, conduct employee opinion surveys, and implement organizational development strategies.

In 2001 Rodney co-founded Ministry Insights International, Inc. with Dr. John Trent, a company that provides behavioral assessments to Pastors, Couples and Families. His love for the body of believers and his passion for educating the principals of behavioral effectiveness have lead him to a full time ministry of equipping Christian leaders and staffs.


Tracey Kamps, MA

Tracey has more than 10 years clinical experience in the mental health profession. She facilitates numerous workshops on conflict resolution, enhancing interpersonal communication and developing emotional intelligence within organizations. Tracey encourages an environment where people are allowed to grow personally and professionally. She has assisted countless individuals develop the skills to conquer roadblocks to business success and personal development. Tracey believes all people have limitless ability to free up internal resources to create a culture of vast potential.


Kelly Haas

Kelly Haas is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been working as a Project Director with a consultative market research firm in Atlanta, GA.

Kelly is a seasoned bi-lingual market researcher with experience at all levels of project management, from questionnaire development, administering interviews (either via telephone or one-on-one, in-depth interviews), data collection and data analysis. She has worked extensively on qualitative and quantitative research studies including: customer satisfaction measurements, employee satisfaction measurements, brand awareness, concept, advertising, new product testing, name, awareness, attitude, and usage tracking studies. Studies in the financial, advertising, telecommunications, utilities and healthcare industries constitute the majority of her project expertise.

Kelly brings a unique perspective to the table, having traveled internationally to conduct marketing research. She has an awareness of regional and cultural differences and the obstacles that can arise geographically when conducting research.
